CM Bhatt is a legend in the lower mainland, famous for his revolutionary and award-winning food which he developed first in India and then brought to Vancouver. There, he perfected them at two well known Indian restaurants and met his two partners, Hardeep and Gurdip. He furthered his skills at his own Aroma restaurant Northside in Port Coquitlam, which he opened in 2003, and it quickly became very popular with the local residents. He and his partners were presented with the opportunity to open their new location in 2011 and have not looked back!
Located on Saint Johns Street, our beautiful restaurant is a true gem in Port Moody. In the last thirteen years, Aroma became the highest searched restaurant on Urban Spoon, Zomato, and Yelp. We were nominated by the city of Port Moody for a spike business excellence award and voted one of the favourite places for Indian Food in the tri-city news A-list contest three years in a row. Aroma has also received three business excellence awards by Yelp.
